1. Develop our teams ability to select and onboard exceptional talent
- Drive application flow by celebrating our employer brand
- Provide support to Restaurant Leadership in recruiting and onboarding top talent
- Lead activity for new restaurant opening recruitment and provide onboarding support to set our new teams up for success
- Update recruitment materials that celebrate who we are and what we do in partnership with our global talent teams
2. Provide exceptional HR Support that keeps our people safe
- Act as point of contact for restaurant support for all HR matters
- Manage our employee relations framework. We are always listening to our people
- Review and update Toolkit resources for Managers to facilitate people compliance
- Provide hands on support in HR investigations
- Be the local expert in legal changes that impact the way we think about employee relations
3. Support and accelerate People Development
- Support Restaurant Leadership during people pipeline reviews, providing feedback and coaching
- Facilitate L&D sessions for managers to help them grow in role
- Drive engagement with our People Toolkit, ensuring materials are kept up to date and managers are confident in HR self service
- Work with Restaurant Leadership to identify gaps in knowledge
- Support the bi-annual performance conversation process
4. Enable effective people tools and systems to support our restaurant operations
- Review and analysis of weekly/monthly reporting on key people metrics to drive effective people practice
- Identify trends that lead to possible People-related opportunities. Come with solutions
- Support in digital rollouts that support the People function and People projects.
5. Drive culture to drive growth
- Act as an ambassador for our People Culture by ensuring our values, purpose and ethics code are being lived at the restaurant level every day.
- Management and facilitation of Culture Calendar activity for the year, working with other departments.
- Support in the localization of Chipotle’s Employee Value Proposition, compensation and total rewards programe
